Our position

We buy it. We test it. We tell you the truth.

Every roundup here starts the same way: with our own money and a stack of products on the bench. No manufacturer samples, no sponsored rankings, no placements for sale. If something is overpriced, badly built or simply not worth your money, we say so — and we show you why on video.

The commission is the same whether you buy our top pick or the budget one. That is exactly why we can afford to tell you the cheap one is often good enough.

The method

How we test, in four steps

Most affiliate sites describe a testing process they do not have. Ours is deliberately simple, and it is the reason our rankings sometimes disagree with everyone else.

01

We buy it

Every product in a roundup is bought at retail with our own money. No PR samples, no loaners, no hand-picked review units.

02

We live with it

Days or weeks of ordinary use rather than an unboxing and a guess. The flaws that matter take time to surface.

03

We compare it

Nothing is judged alone. A ranking only means something measured against the alternatives sitting next to it on the bench.

04

We publish it all

Including the disappointments, the returns and the products we were excited about and turned out to be wrong about.

Who we are

A small team, a lot of receipts

Top Tech Verdict is an independent operation — not a network, not an agency, and not a content farm rewriting Amazon listings into roundups.

The person writing the review is the person who bought the product, used it and filmed it for the channel. There is no editorial layer in between, and nobody here has a commercial relationship with a manufacturer.

Being small has real costs. We cover fewer categories than the big review sites, and we will never pretend to lab-grade instrumentation. What it buys you is simple: there is no reason for us to lie to you.

What that means in practice

  • Every product bought at retail — never supplied, never borrowed.
  • Rankings no advertiser can buy. We do not sell placement, at any price.
  • Failures published too, alongside the winners, in the same article.
  • Corrections made in public when a reader shows us we got it wrong.
